All sales are final. Exchanges are accepted only for incorrect items shipped and the hair must be in its original state ( as received) it must be unopened, unwrapped, unaltered, unworn, and undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included.

We do not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, colored, or washed) exchanges must be within 7 days of receipt of hair. We do Full refund shipping charges for orders returned.
